Most of the staff is very helpful! There is one staff member who repeatedly ignores Dr instructions, and then is combative, slow, and difficult. Any order for non generics here will be filled with generics and the confusion will be your fault.

Walgreens always hires good people. With that said, Yasmine is so friendly, she knows my name when I come in and she's always so friendly. She's been so helpful in the past. If she helps you ,you will notice it too

The bus stop location was changed for my children’s school. This has been the location for years now and used to be very convenient until Walgreens decided the stop “disrupts business” …..righhhttt because that 6 am bus drop off is SO disruptive when it’s pitch black and closed. I knows It’s not Austin achieve Walgreens, it’s the kids that cross dessau from IDEA. The students there are so disruptive that the Dollar tree across the street had to hire security and the kids are no longer allowed to wait for their parents to come get them inside (per Dollar Tree employee). We will try not to ‘disrupt’ said business with funds this time.

This Walgreens is the best wall greens I’ve ever been to and the best employees from my opinion are doctor Ali and Vicky they love helping and get the job done fast thank you so much

Absolute worst experience. I just had surgery earlier this week and need a refill for my pain medication. I emailed my surgeon Fri afternoon because I was about to run out and they are closed on weekends. I was lucky that my surgeon saw my email and sent in my refill request sun morning. I went to this walgreens where i regularly fill my prescriptions and was initially told my refill would be ready in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I went back through the drive thru only to be told they were out of stock and would not have my medication until the next day. When I asked if they could transfer the prescription to another walgreens I was told no because it is a controlled substance. The technician was very rude and said we could call around and check if another walgreens had it in stock, but my surgeon would need to resend the prescription to the other walgreens. This is beyond stupid and in no way can be considered good patient care or customer service. I now have to sit in pain for at least 24 more hours before I can get my pain medication. Why one of the biggest pharmacy chains in the country can't keep better inventory or transfer a prescription for pain meds is a question that shouldn't have to be asked, but here we are... you need to do so much better walgreens. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I frequent this Walgreens and there is always an insane line and always only one cashier to handle it. On my last visit, the cashier needed help to void a transaction for the person in front of me and called his manager (I assume) Zoe about 5 times and they never came to help him while the line piled up. Shame on management, support your staff!

Easy peezy to make an online same day appointment for my Influenza and Covid vaccines. They are very busy at times so be prepared for a line. I was fortunate and was seen quickly.

In a world where we're trying to not use plastic bags Debra the cashier made me take a plastic bag for one item. She said she was just doing what her manager told her. This is so sad for our environment. Come on Walgreens at wells branch and dessau...do better for our planet.
