Horrible auto service! Went to have battery replaced and waited an hour only to tell me their were 3 ahead of me. They had 5 employees just standing around and only 1 vehicle being serviced. I would not recommend coming here.

Pretty good Walmart compared to others I’ve been to. Only downside was there was just a lot of stock out and not a lot of room for my cart, but they had a lot of variety of products so that was nice!

Auto Center is highly disappointing. No customer service skills, leave customers waiting at the counter without greeting them, not friendly or helpful. First was told to check in at the counter....waited 25 minutes, tapped the touch screen on the register, no help....called while I was standing there, no answer. Tried to walk outside to let the 3 guys standing around talking that they had customers...couldn't get out of the automatic locked doors so was forced to wait another 10 minutes until I finally flagged a guy down who reluctantly came to check me in. Managers please teach people skills to these young men who truly don't care about your customers....DO BETTER!!!!

Large selection of different brands and a reliable amount of each brand stocked on the shelves. I came to fill up gallon containers with water and the water machine is in the back of store by the meat department. Once I found the machine i was satisfied with how convenient the process was to fill up personal jugs with filtered purified water. I had a hard time getting information from employees when I asked for directions or where items were located in the store.

Never enough check out lines and 75% of the self checks are down every time I go! Also, rude and slow employees. Very disappointing Walmart!

People who work there are so rude, they act like if they don’t want to do their job, when you ask them about anything they treat you with a horrible personality. I THINK IS THE WORST WALMART EVER

It took 35 minutes for returning items at return counter on 28:4:25 at 7:00 pm. No one seems caring customers.

Although the store was clean, even the parking lot. Their associates need to work on being more customer friendly. Most act like you're a bother. Has Mr Sam's 10 ft rule been forgotten completely? They need a refresher.

In general I had better feeling about the Walmart, but after visiting this place and having issues every time. I do not have very good feeling about them. Cashier in only one existing lane will turn away when none of other checkout lanes are open. I had to wait long time to get fix glitch on self checkout machines. One time their cashier charged me $200+ for few lb tomatoes because she couldn’t identify tomatoes and when I asked her about that she sent me to customer service which was already closed. I see either they improve drastically or keep loosing business to nearby HEB, ALDI and probably to Home depot.

Dropped my car off at 2:45pm for two tires. Tried to get them on the phone for 2 hours so I could take my lunch at the appropriate time to go pick it up. FINALLY picked up a little after 6pm and told me they just took my car back and it would be 30 min. I take my lunch and arrive at just about 6:30 and am told they are just finishing up another minute or two. The tires where still off my car at this point. I located a manager and asked about their process and I was told they probably had appointments come in that would have set back work on my car...So they just stopped working on my car in the middle of a quick tire change? Manager checked with the person at the counter who said my car had been done..No.manager finally comes back and tells me another 10-15 min...so an hour and a half from when they supposedly started working on my car to change 2 tires.. absolutely ridiculous! I will never come back to this auto store and I hope you don't either.
