Received an email stating final bill enclosed….hmmm…. Had the final bill last month. This bill was $47.61. Called them and was told bill was for two days of service and they would not discount it. How do you produce a bill for 30 days with two days of data? Rep was “only one in office” ….tough luck just pay it. I demanded a supervisor and kept demanding. I put on hold and then notified that bill would be reduced to $6.00, but could not sent me an email verification……extremely disappointed!😢

Talk about refreshing service. I was with my previous provider for well over 14 years. I had not changed my plan or service in quite some time. When I went into their office for a better service plan, they were not able to assist me with a better cost plan at all. They were rather eager to offer me another phone I didn't need.
Upon visiting Consumer Cellular, I was greeted by courteous staff with a clean environment. I was offered a rate plan that met my needs at a far better price! I was in and out within 30 minutes with a Swag Bag and my same cellular number! Apparently my previous carrier was too big to need my money.

My moms phone was getting so many pop ups and spam we thought it was hacked. We came to the Consumer Cellular location in Pflugerville and asked for help. Max was amazing! He was so patient and polite with my mom and took time to fix her phone and show her other options. He answered her questions and made her feel heard. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom! Ask for Max!!

Max was very helpful. I'm old and don't know about all of this stuff. Max got me set up and was very enjoyable to talk to. He's a good young man and a fine representative for Consumer Cellular.

I brought an elderly (80 ) neighbor in to get her old smartphone switched to Consumer Cellular. We were helped by Max, he was so nice and patient with Miss Bettie. Thank you so much Max, you deserve a raise.

Great experience! We (wife and I) changed plans moving to Conumer Celluar from another carrier. The personnel at the Plugerville store were amazing - especially Max! Great store, lots of products on display and excellent staff!

I canceled services and was charged an additional month because this company does not prorate for the consumer, we had to pay for a whole month of use that was not used, be aware if you cancel services in the middle of a billing cycle you will still be charged for the entire month of services. That is a complete rip off to the consumer! And to top it off they are supposed to be a company that looks out for Seniors!

JD Mosee the store manger was awesome he was very patient and understanding to us my dad is 90 and was very grateful for he’s help he definitely took care us awesome great customer service it’s people like JD that make difference in the company and we need more people like him in this business,

I had to let someone know that CC has some really special employees in the store in Stone Hill Center! Donny G. and Max are outstanding employees and as a new customer I come in for their help so often I thought they’d be showing they were not too happy to see me but that’s not so at all!! Always friendly as ever!! I so appreciate them!
