The most terrible experience I've ever had with staff of the Laredo Taco Company.
I must have totally confused them by requesting 2 tacos served on a plate w/o tortillas. The serving lady was utterly panicking and had to ask a co-worker if she could serve me tacos on a plate?
Then she must have realized that she is just signed up for the 7-Eleven profit sharing program because she put a minimal amount of Chorizo & egg that are co-worker reminded her the plate was for 2 tacos not just 1.
I questioned her, but she went to the back and returned to tell me that she asked the kitchen Mgr and was told to tell me that plates are served less than tacos.
I refused her plate and left the store!
I literally drove 2 miles to a different 7-Eleven and was served a plate with the ingredients of 2 tacos in a plate with no commotion or additional questions.
Training is a major problem/issue at this Laredo Taco Company. Not all clients want to eat flour tortillas everyday, some of us try to eat healthy....

I’ve worked here for about a month and let me tell you most of these people a so crooked . Thinking I had a chance to grow with this company , but unfortunately the management here isn’t professional nor has the capacity to lead a great team , I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE !

We only used the gas app to fill up which we had to move to another pump. But after that, we didn’t have any problems.

Been more than 3 days and soda machine just have water ? ,I told the lady and she just told me what ever we have there is what we got.. she was more into her conversation with her coworker.. bad Customer service.. the one in monte Cristo is better... and respectful.

Kitchen employee was being rude complaining about noise from kids. Hatco didn't have proper labeling and employees were not being courteous. Customer service was at its worst. Customers should always come first.

I've come here 5 separate nights, and each time, no one is in the front and the doors are locked, I just passed by again today, doors are locked. Don't say 24 hours if you can't help anyone

Every employee gives attitude when you ask them a question. And if you plan to get food past 12pm for lunch good luck, they don’t remake any of it. Idk who orders but they never have correct sized lids for soft drinks and the counters are all sticky from dry soda residue. This location started off strong but failed in the end.

This is a stripes convenient store. Easily and conveniently located off the highway. It's a fairly new convenient store so the place is clean and modern. They sell freshly made tacos and other plates inside. They also have fruit and other healthy options. Customer service is good and restrooms are clean and working.

It's great storeband awesome for discounted gas prices hadn't been there since it was open but definitely going back and having reward points makes it worth it.
