To my understanding this location has a new store manager. I dropped a battery off for testing, battery is under warranty. Receipt in hand for this battery. 4yr warranty purchased in 2022. Store manager was very rude and disrespectful, there was another employee apologizing for the managers attitude. Manager stated battery had already been replaced once previously, yes this is true. Battery went bad once again. Manager stated system was not letting him return the item. Maybe the manager needs to be trained a little more. I was not trying to return the item, it’s a warranty. I always buy oil and oil changes from this location for my semi trucks. Maybe this is my eye opener. Take business elsewhere.
