Mike Pruneda is a great Audiologist who truly cares for his patients. He treats them like family. I had the pleasure of working with him over 10 years ago with his advertising and marketing needs. Mike taught me the difference/ similarities of Alzheimer's and Hearing loss. I hope that one day he can help my parents understand that hearing loss is normal & it is ok to wear a hearing aid/device.

I give American Discount Hearing %100 percent today i took my mother with them and the staff was amazing Liz,liza,were so professional and ,so kind Also, Mike, the one that did the test. He was so kind, so nice. He hear our problems. He gave us tips also, he heard us out of everything we needed. Everything was so nice and they treated us like family. I also took my mom other places in this place. Was more awesome and amazing because they treated us with respect and family. And their prices are so amazing. And very affordable i highly recommend everybody to go there. I'm gonna highly recommend the rest of my family. Thank you American discount hearing for making my mother a happier person and the rest of my family, thank you. Sincerely the Leals family.

Before we visited this fantastic Hearing Clinic which offers German manufactured hearing aids, my husband had suffered so much for years trying to find efficient and quality hearing aids unsuccessfully. Today a miracle happened with this company. OWNER MIKE PRUNEDA, Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, carefully examined my Husband, trained him with so much care and patience! to wear his hearing aids, that in less than two ( 2 ) hours my Husband left his office with a big smile. Testing happened with my soft voice, background music and loud voices, you name it. All is controlled easily from his CEll Phone. It was an amazing experience with great technology and so easy to follow. We both left so happy and impressed with his service and friendly and trusting atmosphere with his two wise assistants. We thanked Doctor Mike. I told him that He now deserves the Tittle of a Doctor after 25 years serving our RGV community. God is with him. No doubt about it.

Short Story about my experience with American Discount Hearing. I live in Plano outside of Dallas and traveled down on Monday morning. I realized Monday night that I left my charger for my hearing aids. Tuesday morning, I began making calls to find a charger. After having made calls for an hour or so, I called this company. The lady on the phone, Liz, suggested that I come by for a possible match of another charger. I have Phonak hearing aids and the charger is specific to the brand. Liz suggested that she call the Phonak company and upon doing so, she was able to get me a replacement charger for free as my hearing aids are in warranty. No one from any company suggested that they could help but this lady did! On Thursday, I received a new charger at no cost to me. I travel often to the McAllen area for business and I will be changing doctors to American Discount Hearing.

American Discount Hearing has great prices and Personalized service. Even though my mom didn't purchase her hearing aids from them, American Discount Hearing has always made them feel welcome and have helped with a smile! My father is in Love with his Rexton Hearing Aids from American Discount Hearing!!! Thank you Mike & Jerry!!!

I am a Hearing Aid Dispenser near Minneapolis. Several of my patients go to this clinic during the winter months. He does a fantastic job. Great customer service!
