“Can't say enough good things about this place. Customer service is a huge thing for me - if the price and products are amazing but the experience is something I don't look forward to, I'm out. This place excels at not only their price point for their products, but their ability to take the time and answer any and all questions. A few days after I got my car I noticed paint splatter on the driver side - I'm talking tiny little white/black dots all over the driver-side door. I stopped by after hearing that a more aggressive clay bar kit is what I'd need. I talked to the owner, told him what I was dealing with, and this guy went out back and grabbed a piece of clay I was looking to by so he could try it out on a small test panel. It didn't do much so he went back inside and got a more aggressive type of clay bar. He made sure I understood that it's more aggressive, but showed me that it removed the paint and said, "I didn't want you to take what you were asking for without knowing that it would work for you".
Today I stopped by for some supplies now that the car got ceramic coated, asked him for a few recommendations and he pulled up some options he would use and at different price points. Didn't push the more expensive ones, told me how each would work, how much to use, etc.
I hate that I can't wash my own car these days, after 5 min of gripping the "trigger" on a pressure washer my hand is shot for the next day or two. But, it's still great having a local place that carries some great products and that they'll take the time to help you find what you're looking for.”
