There was a man in a tan shirt, short tempered and rude the entire experience I learned on the spot myself how to fix my lights out of frustration watching him not only pull out the wrong lights but then refuse to use the very light lube he made me buy and leave me outside saying I was good when he left the light outside of the socket 0/10 usually love autozone and the attention to care but this location at least this time was awful

My mom went to get one of her cars tail lights changed and Mr. Isaac, an employee, was super respectful and he helped out a lot. This is one of the best experiences we've have had. The service was super fast as well! I'd recommend going here if you need help fast.

Thos store has fone down the drain, i attempted to warranty out a ratchet and one of the assist managers named Rosie told me she didnt know which one it was and after i mentioned it ti luis another manager hes tryin to explain to her and the lady has and attitude ive complain to the regional manager about their customer service but seems like nothing was done now ill be caontacying corporate office see if they will addrethe issue sad to see my local ams what used to be reliable autozone go down the drain
