Went shopping earlier today to look at car seats and strollers.. everything was so overwhelming especially for 1st time parents but a worker named Cristian helped us out and he was God sent! Gave us so many options and opinions it made everything so much easier! We ended up with a great option and were really thankful to have someone like him help us out! Will definitely ask for him next time we go :D

I was there to buy… furniture and this really good looking handsome worker named George helped me out. He was very hands on and helped me with the in and outs of a carriage he even taught me how how to properly fastened and tighten the belts. I have never been helped as much as he helped me I finally reach and full clarity thanks to him. ? I will be coming again and hopefully get helped and service with him!

Some what disappointed...I bought a Cocomelon blanket and it was supposed to play the Wheels on the Bus song. Long story short it didn't worked! My daughter went to exchange it and the gitl who "helped " her said "Well, is not gonna last forever!" What?! We just bought it! Que...coraje!!! ? Bad product and bad customer service!

Bought a changing table/dresser with the help of sales associates. They did an amazing job by helping me out to place the order and then help me out to get an offer. Monica, Victor, Gloria and Priscila were beyond great with their customer service! I really appreciate all their help! Best experience ever!

Bought cute outfits for my grandsons. Also the employee there, Myrna was very helpful. She helped me find a specific item. I hate walking around trying to find what I’m looking for. There was always a person available to help. I will definitely return to this store.

For baby registry, stick ONLY with what's in stock. Due to covid, we are not making a shower and we're buying everything ourselves. I had 2 crib mattresses in my registry and wanted to buy them for our twins. They didnt have them at the store (not my fault). So to order they charged $20 freight fee. I asked Myrna if they could order them for their stock and I would pick up and she said NO. So I asked if she could waive the freight cost (since their lack of stock was not my fault) and again she said NO. Even considering I was dropping a good amount of money at their store, Myrna refused to help me. Myrna was not very professional due to her condescending attitude and power trip...

Huge selection but extremely overpriced. Also frustrating that they keep non-clearance items in the clearance section because there was room on the regular shelf, and their clearance is only 5% off. Pointless.

Loved strolling around this place pregnant (before Covid.) Be warned a lot of this stuff can get pricey but you can find some good deals in the clearance or with coupons. Definitely do your homework on the products you get but they carry some awesome baby essentials. I know some women have had trouble with their return policy and registry so I’d steer clear of that but that’s why I knocked a star off.

Return policy makes 0 sense. Basically if you buy something it’s defective you can’t return or exchange the item because it’s opened. They make you go with warranty and as you know can take months. Do not recommend at all go with Amazon or Target!!!

Wonderful customer service from Mary Lou! She was beyond helpful in ensuring our shopping trip went smooth. She helped us sign up for extra deals, and she informed us of all the promotions the store had— which are AMAZING! Aside from the great prices and huge selection, we will definitely be back because of the great customer service we received from Mary Lou!
