They said it’ll only take 2 weeks to repair my car and it ended up being 3 months.
Every other day I’d call to ask when my car would be ready and they said they’d call me back the following day to let me know (which I never recieved a call with updates those 3 months)
And then come up with excuses of why it’ll take another 2-3 days. Aside from that they quoted me 9k for the repairs and saw that the insurance approved 14k, so they ended up using up the whole 14k. My air conditioner makes a weird noise now but I refuse to ever bring my car back. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS

I think they did a nice professional job on my 2017 King Ranch Ford truck. Nena kept me up to date on the repairs. The repair was done in a timely manner. Could not ask for a better job.

Although they were always friendly, when I received my car there was a more than one issue. It seemed that within the month my car was at their shop they failed to calibrate my vehicle. my car went in with no sensors on and it turned out all my sensors were on. 2. My battery needed a jump start? Which goes to show they do not run a through test on the vehicle before turning it in to their client. 3. To top off the list, my tire bolts weren’t fastened properly which this could have resulted in a much bigger issue had I not checked them. Overall their work was good but I don’t think they provided a full service. I don’t think this is the right type of way to do business. They should have ensured my car was ready to go, I tried being very patient and not rush them I only called once to get an update, sure they were decent enough to update me but when I called it seems their automated update did not match what they were telling me over the phone.

A month and a half later and we still don't have our vehicle. We have been getting the run around for weeks. Every time they say our vehicle will be ready they find something they need to fix. I wouldn't recommend doing business here, take your vehicle somewhere else.

It took almost four months to get all the parts. Not sure if it was their fault. Other than that, the car repairs look good.

My car was completed in an extremely timely manner, the repairs matched the existing color of my car perfectly, plus every person that we communicated with was very knowledgeable & friendly!
