Beautiful cinema and very clean. Be very cautious when searching for a particular movie. It will take you to a shopping cart for a DIFFERENT Cinemark if the movie is elsewhere. 60 minute round trip wasted.

While the chairs are more comfortable than other places, the customer service is terrible, they close the snacks and bar early and just don't seem to care for regulars. If I can, I skip this theater to go to others.UPDATE: thank you for the reply below and I will reach out if I continue experiencing the issues.

I usually have a great experience here but this time around 2 out of the 3 drink dispensers were broken and the only had 1 cashier and 1 person doing the popcorn. Which in turn caused the wait time to skyrocket. All I had was a large drink and popcorn and I waited about 10 min. Making miss the first few minutes of my movie.
