I had excellent service from drop off to pick up. Oscar was great at communication on the progress of my service. Isaiah was friendly on my courtesy drive to work while service assessment began, and everyone at the dealership was helpful at every step as we learned the full scope of service needed.

Went in for a basic oil change I get charged $180. They start telling me that I needed to pay a different amount that what is quoted online so from $63 to 69.95+ they’re adding extra fees for disposal labor it comes out to almost $90 for an oil change. Thing is that they don’t disclose any of the extra charges when you’re scheduling online service and then you have no choice but you have to pay because you already had your car serviced ridiculous

I told them I wanted to purchase a vehicle gave a good chunk and turned out it was a lease! Will never recommend Honda or at least this location
Update: After the trade in the vehicle they sold me had problems! The seat would go down on its own and when they “fixed it” it continued! Let them know and they left me on SEEN!! Never reached out I would advice yall to also RECORD yalls conversations! I went to a whole new dealership and got a different car.

Avoid at all cost. Prices are deceptive and to get service done is a nightmare. Everytime hours of waiting to get into the bay.
