I usually ignore the attitude from the front-end staff because honestly, itâs become expected. However, this one woman at the food court was on a whole other level. Her behavior was so rude and over-the-top.
I simply placed my order, and instead of treating me with basic respect, she acted like I was a problem just for being there. Her tone was nasty and unprofessional, and the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable. She couldâve easily just directed me in a calm, polite way, but instead, she chose to be loud and rude. It was aggressive, embarrassing, and made the whole experience stressful when it shouldâve been simple.

I only give one star to COSTCO for one reason. The staff! Rude, unhelpful, asked several for assistance finding items or answering basic questions and got ZERO assistance. We won't be back, we switched over to SAM'S Club. Goodbye Costco

BAKERY ISSUE:
For the past twenty three years (member since 6/2002), I have ordered birthday and special occasion cakes with: White Cake and Chocolate Icing.
Warehouses in Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Diego and Houston have always been happy to accommodate this request; However, Pharr refused. My question is: why does Pharr refuse ???

As long as you like buying large quantities, this is a fantastic place for food, wine!, and cosmetics/ drugs. The service is excellent and the only thing is it gets crowded easily.
