Came in with the intent to resolve pre-existing
Issue, which was a pain . Because CS sent me to a local vendor ! …. The phone needed an update - iPhone 7 .
With this in mind come to find I don’t have insurance on the phone which I wanted in the beginning.
The rep sold me products that he told me he would reduce with a discount. And proceeds to charge me , and it was not the amount he said it was going to be - now I can’t get the return done - ( all sales are final)
REP- told me he was not a professional and doesn’t know how to put temp glass on the phone -after he charged me - then did it wrong. !!
