10-9-22 ..Hello today I went to cricket to get a new line , and the lady there ask me if a had a phone already , so i didn't buy a new one , well she took my phone and and i don't know what she did with it ,but told me my phone was blocked and it wasn't from cricket , which it is cause I bought it there . My phone was perfectly fine before this . that was so unfair because the phone was working and when I gave it to her and all of a sudden it didn't and it was blocked , what a coincidence,she fail to help me and was not patient with me ,being rude ... she said that she couldn't do anything to help me
