Lady with blonde hair name blanca with an ugly attitude Worse store ever over charged me 9 /12pks wen i only had 6went bavk n didnt help me said we cnt do nothing about talk to the supervisor in the morning 3rd time n last time i ho to this store cuz even that employee was rude n UNPERFESIONAL will call higher division over charged me 30 dllrs worth of soda wen i didnt have them crazy lady

There is a mean older blonde lady that works here that is extremely rude and always has a disgusted look on her face. When I asked her to please give me my receipt in my hand rather than in a bag, she sneered at me and told me its the same if she puts it in a bag. My husband went for only mayo at 9:54pm, but the mean lady told him the store was already closed despite the website saying they do not close until 10pm. When he asked for her name, she refused to tell him. That woman needs a new job somewhere else.

Bad Service
I went to check out my stuff
1 . Lady didn't even acknowledge me she just passed the 2 drinks at the register
2 . she didn't call out my amount( since she was too busy talking to the other lady who was working with her)
3 . I inserted my CC in the machine since she was too busy talking, after a few minutes I had to ask her "did my card go thru" because it kept processing.....( she finally pressed the button on her side and it proved)
4 . No "oh sry" or nothing she kept going on with the tea about a new hired, she just turned the bag with my stuff towards me.
So I grabbed my stuff and left ?
Self checkout was turned off, I would of checked my self out way faster and without rude face gestures and body language
FYI
DOLLAR GENERAL ON SUGAR ROAD AND CANTON
has a deaf gentleman, although he is none verbal he
1. Always greats you ?
2. Points towards the amount or sometimes sign-a it ( if his not able to comunícate he will write it down ✍?)
3. He Always signs thank you ? and bye ?

Older lady who works there always has an attitude especially when you ask her ” Who’s charging since there’s no one at the register and she gets mad and makes a face while charging …like isn’t the staff supposed to be friendly and do there dam job

I always have to ask for my receipt at this dollar general. I’m not a couponer but probably want to keep the $5 off $25 for themselves. She had a bunch of receipts when I asked for mine! Very shady and rude cashier!
