Bad Service
I went to check out my stuff
1 . Lady didn't even acknowledge me she just passed the 2 drinks at the register
2 . she didn't call out my amount( since she was too busy talking to the other lady who was working with her)
3 . I inserted my CC in the machine since she was too busy talking, after a few minutes I had to ask her "did my card go thru" because it kept processing.....( she finally pressed the button on her side and it proved)
4 . No "oh sry" or nothing she kept going on with the tea about a new hired, she just turned the bag with my stuff towards me.
So I grabbed my stuff and left ?
Self checkout was turned off, I would of checked my self out way faster and without rude face gestures and body language
FYI
DOLLAR GENERAL ON SUGAR ROAD AND CANTON
has a deaf gentleman, although he is none verbal he
1. Always greats you ?
2. Points towards the amount or sometimes sign-a it ( if his not able to comunícate he will write it down ✍?)
3. He Always signs thank you ? and bye ?

Older lady who works there always has an attitude especially when you ask her ” Who’s charging since there’s no one at the register and she gets mad and makes a face while charging …like isn’t the staff supposed to be friendly and do there dam job

Manager Blanca is rude when you ask her for assistance. She had a snarky attitude. Stuck up older lady. Store is also always messy and unorganized.

There are many things especially for our houses and cleaning supplies. Very cheap and. Esnacs. Ami I like to go there because. I find a lot special for me cleaning house among other things. That's excellent service. Very friendly staff

I always have to ask for my receipt at this dollar general. I’m not a couponer but probably want to keep the $5 off $25 for themselves. She had a bunch of receipts when I asked for mine! Very shady and rude cashier!

idk who is in charge of scheduling but every time i’m there in the morning, there’s 2-3 people just standing around ignoring customers and every time i’m there in the evening there is one employee and a line of 12+ people to wait behind. this location is badly managed.
