  Dollar Tree Customer Service Team,
  
  I am writing to express my concern about a recent experience at this store. While shopping my six-year-old son urgently needed to use the restroom. However, when we arrived at the restroom, we found it to be in an unacceptable condition, with filth and feces everywhere.
  
  I approached a store employee to request assistance in addressing the issue, but her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She stated that she was “too busy” to handle it and spoke to me in a rude and unhelpful manner. This response was both disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the health and safety implications of such an unsanitary restroom, particularly for young children.
  
  I understand that employees have many responsibilities, but basic cleanliness and courteous customer service should be priorities. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for customers at this store.
  
  Please let me know how this issue is being addressed. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding the steps Dollar Tree is taking to ensure restroom facilities are properly maintained and that employees handle customer concerns more respectfully.
