The delivery itself is always good, but I've had 4 deliveries in the past month and they were NEVER delivered during the window given. Three times they called me at work that they were already at my house (once that they were on the way). One of the deliveries was made the day before it was scheduled to be. Pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate. But items were delivered with care.

I had a great interaction with Estes here in Pharr, TX. My package was delivered to a local Estes warehouse on a Tuesday but was technically scheduled to be delivered to my home several days later. The clerk, Nicholas, was able to contact the original shipping company to assist with locating the package to see if I could get the package earlier. Anyone who has ordered something with a long shipping period knows how satisfying it is to get their order quicker than scheduled, especially if it’s an expensive item.
Sometimes customer service is like getting a door shut in your face as if you were an inconvenience. But I had the opposite experience here. I appreciate Mr. Nicholas making the contacts that he did and the follow-ups to help me out.

Working with Estes has always been a great experience. They provide great service and pickups are fast. The employees are always willing to assist us with any questions/concerns.
Tara is always super nice and very helpful. She's the best!

Great customer service. Very reliable company. I was unable to receive my delivery at the scheduled time and they were very quick to reschedule the day and time for me at the last minute.

Upon delivery, driver informed us that there would be an extra for using the liftgate. When I asked how much was the charge, & who would get billed (the shipper or receiver) he said he didn't know. Then he left without delivering because he was on a schedule.

The company marked my package as delivered and nothing was delivered to our home. If you order from Walmart make sure they don't send it thru this carrier. I filed a company with Wal-Mart as well so hopefully they stop using this 3rd party company for delivery. I will also be contacting this company directly because I have the number of the carrier who called and said address wasn't on GPS and asked for me to send it to him by pin. In which I did mesaage was received and read and even at that no package was delivered.

The worst shipping 3rd party shipping company on earth. I had fence panels that were supposed to be delivered to my home. Jose gets off the truck and opens the back to realize that the material was large and heavy to the point where he turn and told me……. I’m gonna need more help and maybe mini forklift. Who does that? Which company sends a 1 guy with a small pallet jack without reviewing the payload first at their hub?! Still waiting on my panels since March 28. What are you doing about this “Estes”?

A terrible experience with this company. Very unprofessional. When quoting a service, information given is not clear and they change without notice. They make mistakes without taking responsibility and make the Client pay for their errors. Very dishonest people. Absolutely must be avoided.

Great Service! Delivery fast and the driver, Jose Bocanegra was super kind. Delivery was supposed to be dropped off at my front door but the driver went out of his ways to drop it off where I needed it because I was not going to be able move it myself. I tried to tip the driver and never took it, he kept telling me this was his job and he was happy to do it. Thank you so much Jose for the GREAT SERVICE!

I love working with the Estes Expressctesm. They are a great carrier and one of the best when it comes to import freight. Nelda Rodriguez from Pharr TX really made it a pleasure to work with. Called my back with in a few minutes of my request for help and followed up with me with updates on my freight. Good Job Nelda !
