Rude agent. Just stopped by. I asked why they needed my drivers license but the agent didn’t know. Then I was told twice that I could go elsewhere if I didn’t want to abide by the rules. Perhaps it’s a new rule but the customer needs to know why you need my personal info, what are you going to do with it, and is it safe?

If you want to send mail out of south Texas (mcallen) use FedEx. The pony express could take weeks

They never attempted to deliver a package I had coming though this location. They lied and said they did. I work from home and have video surveillance showing they never came by. The driver's name is Lorrie.

Driver delivered my package to the wrong address while MY address was correct get your drivers to be responsible when delivering packages! Customer service was no help either hope the person that received it enjoys it at least better that it was free for them wish i received random packages that i didn’t pay for
