“Aurora, owner of Madrigals flower shop is an amazingly wonderful person and has a beautiful website, unlike many other florists in the area and the prices are affordable. She understands your wishes and addresses any concerns that may arise upon delivery and in my particular case, living out of state and having a wreath delivered to burial services was of immediate concern that they would, in fact, be properly designated to the burial site. Aurora has assured me that she will personally deliver the wreath and furthermore, await until said wreath has been properly placed at service site - this goes beyond the call of duty and anyone's pay grade - what an amazing, pleasant individual and I HIGHLY recommend her to all who reside in and around Mission, TX to consider her floral shop for any of your floral purchases, especially for those whom reside in other states sending flowers, whatever the occasion to family and friends residing in and around Mission, TX!
As an update to my review of October 8, 2024, Aurora of Madrigals Flowers did, in fact, deliver the burial spray in person to assure that it was delivered to the proper burial services site and, to my amazement, also arranged a vase of flowers for the family for their following funeral reception, in hopes of providing them with a little comfort and sympathy.
Once again, Aurora went over and beyond her duties of just arranging florals and basic delivery; she amazes me with her compassion, kindness, and sincere sympathy for all. She is a true gem, a very thoughtful and precious individual that I will hold dear to my heart for a time in need and living afar.
PLEASE, consider Madrigals Flowers for any and all of your florals occasions, I'm certain you will not be disappointed with her services.”
