I came here for something i related and Daniel Herrera was so nice and polite. He was great and gave me the opportunity to just do business with him. I've been a Fred Loya customer for years recently made some changes to my policy, the agent asked me to go back in because she forgot to get some papers signed and I did. I'm being called to go in again to sign papers she forgot AGAIN. I've going into the office twice and can't go in again and risk my child getting sick. They refused to let me sign papers ONLINE during a PANDEMIC and raised my rate bcause I can't go sign yet another paper they forgot.
