The worst and the most unprofessional people working here!! They will make you wait for a long time here!! And they are not a professional in loading a trailer . After a long wait to get loaded almost 6 hours now am stuck at the receiver because of their unprofessional way of loading the reefer, the load shifted on the way.

Bullshit these places very bad behave I did check in 11:00am they gave dock 4pm I did call before pickup this load they told me load me ready the load after then maybe change the shift time and Spanish lady on the seat and then I was go back 12pm in office and I ask hwo long to be wait and he said I don’t know is far time 😬

the worst warehouse, the latina by the front desk is rude and unwelcoming, i got some arguments with her. be aware of loading papers they will give you a paper to sign like how you want to load pallets and at the end when loading they did wrong loading on purpose. they made a wall of pallets at the end so i can’t see what’s behind and there is no pallet behind this.
