I do contract work all over the US. I purchase a lot of tools. Sometimes I fly sometimes I drive. I used to purchase a lot of Klein tools but now purchase Milwaukee because you no longer carry any Klein. So that tells you I don't go to the other store. I purchased a ridged travel shop vac. I believe in January and I'm not sure where I purchased it. I'm not an idiot I just travel a lot so some of my days and months get confused. The rigid Shop-Vac would work for about 10 minutes and then I would have to unplug it and plug it back in. I wanted to exchange it as I'm here in McAllen and I need this vacuum for the job I'm doing here. The nice girl tried for what seemed like forever to find my purchase. She tried my debit card and looked for purchases in the stores I thought I purchased it in. She finally decided to give me store credit which I was going to use towards another rigid shop vac. For some reason I wasn't able to get store credit. I read her the warranty online about the rigid product. It said for the life of the shop vac. She said that's only 60 days I think. I asked her isn't rigid the home Depot brand. That's why I used to buy rigid products is because they had such a good warranty. She said no. And that I would have to call rigid. She tried but ultimately it was a disappointing experience. I feel as though something could have been done so that I can move forward. I have started putting everything under my phone number or pro account so that it would be easier to look up. However there are times when I do purchase things with either gift cards or store credit. And perhaps sometimes I forget to put in my phone number because I'm in a hurry or just this past weekend your internet was down and every time I tried to enter my number it did not take it so therefore now I have just a paper receipt. The point I'm trying to make is that everything isn't perfect and there should be a customer service situation to where things can be overcome. I'm disappointed that I have a shop vac that no longer works correctly and there's nothing I can do about it. It should be easy enough to exchange one Shop-Vac for another Shop-Vac of the same brand that's the same size perhaps not the same model number but it has the same capacity and the same horsepower. I shouldn't have had to spend an hour of my time when a warranty is in place that states it lasts for the lifetime of the shop vac.

Great customer service. I was helped by savanah she's amazing. She did a great job and went above and beyond to help me out. I have never been so satisfied at this home Depot as of today. The manager on call and the cashier Jessica great job and great team effort. Great prices but the people who work their is what makes the store ..I'm super happy and will tell everyone to go to the home Depot first best prices I'm town.

I love coming to Home Depot with my mom. I went and checked on some prices that I need for electrical. I did see the water hose, was $29 which I think for me is cheap. My mom loves seeing the gardening center. Here are some photos and videos I took.

If you want the most horrible Customer Service Experience, come to this Home Depot. Where you will wait quite a while to return items…. If you decide to stay and have nothing else to do. Store seems empty of clerks and you will find the ones that are there hiding lol!!!!
