We love the car wash, but have to fight for the (FREE) vacuum afterwards. Vehicles are entering the exit to use the FREE vacuums, without washes, more than half of the cars in the vacuum section are not washed. This is a very busy location. Our suggestion would be to enforce free vacuum with wash. The Free vacuum non-customers are here before we get here and are still there detailing their interiors when we leave.

Something has to be done about the water system. It smells like sewer and now that smell has penetrated my car. Extremely disappointed. Zero stars if there was such rating available.

I washed my 2017 Yukon in the san juan blue wave, my vehicle was scratched up from hood to the top of vehicle! Liz from claim office sent me pictures of my supposedly scratches already there! She sent me pictures of the scratches that I can't see them, I told sent her pictures of my vehicle! She claims that they were there already! I ask for her supervisor she says she services the whole state of Texas, there is no one above her!!!

I had a horrible experience at the wash in San Juan, TX. I went through the car wash, and my rear bumper was hanging on the passenger side. I filed a claim, and I just got a call from "Liz" who told me that they weren't going to help with the repair. "Liz" sent me pictures of my bumper before I went through, and claim that my bumper was at fault, because supposedly my bumper was sticking out already. I can't seem to see what they see. I guess they have the ability to see things that aren't there!

Not worth the chance of your car being ruined. Cancelled my membership after the first month because my car trim on the tire well was pulled out of place. I'm lucky it wasn't worse. I just had to get some replacement clips at Autozone to put it back in place. Before that incident on a different day, I saw that a VW beetle's right headlamp was completely pulled off. Someone in the car had to go back into the wash to look for the headlamp. I saw that they had to sign some form, I guess put in a claim?

This location is probably the worst location especially when you get a lot of spot after the wash. Might as well hose off your car on your driveway at this location.

They did a excellent job the car looks better then when bought from the dealership sames goes for the interior they did a little while but that's expected it from how many cars they had but amazing people and good prices as well will definitely be coming back whenever I'm back in town!!! i would give 10 out of 5 starts but I can only give 5

Their machines have no maintenance. I've seen a lot of damage done to the vehicles. Plus the customer service is the worst. Nubia, the manager has no service skills. Dont waste your money and time.

I really like this car wash. I buy a $20 monthly pass and I get my car washed about five to seven times a month. Also they have free vacuuming.If I break it down, the cost per wash is $4 or less per visit. You can't beat that! Tremendous value. Its nice having a car that is always clean!

had a very unpleasant experience at said carwash. last week, my pickup truck's sideview mirror was knocked off and filed a report. i had to go in because they don't get back to you. took my wife with me because truck is hers and they wouldn't let her view video since i filed the report. long story short, i felt they tried skirting responsibility on flimsy video that doesn't show evidence my vehicle was already damaged. Manager became easily defensive and unprofessional when my wife strongly expressed her displeasure of their decision. one thing led to another when manager threatened to call police but quickly rescinded. it was totally unnecessary. i complained about his customer service and professionalism in dealing with this incident and his behavior towards my wife. he said nothing more could be done and pointed to signs on property but i insisted on writing a letter or email to management which i intend to do.
