Worse warehouse I have ever seen .All Management is garbage they don’t respect driver time .I came in this warehouse 12:00 pm they take 7hours for loading .

We are here at 9:00am now 2:30pm only 10 pallets loaded. Worst pickup here. No one sitting front desk. One person sitting in hidden side . Office staff enjoy food and playing with own children .

Easy check in check out procedure
They have restroom for drivers atleast !
Whatever time you check in it depends on your load has arrived from Mexico or not, don’t bother asking again n again you’ll be loaded at night!
Park on the side of the road to check in and walk in don’t pull into the yard as it gets blocked because of tight spacing and they go mad over you!

1. one of the worst facilities. Arrived here at 8:50am. Loaded at 12:30am. At the shipping office I said that my trailer was overweight but they told me that I needed to bring a ticket from the scales and kicked me out of the territory and went home. I came back 15 minutes later with a ticket from the scales but the facility was closed
2. The driver of this company peed right on the asphalt between the truck and the trailer, and then washed his hands under the refrigerator. The toilet is 300 feet away. I will post a photo of the place where it happened. The country should know its heroes

This facility is No respending to US drivers. Was waiting 8 hours only for 7 pallets. Load is ready almost 3 hours ago for pickup. Got dock after 5 hours waiting. Mexican drivers coming loading and unloading. 3 times asked to shipper why not loading me. Every time same answer “ we will load you in a bit “ Even doesnt want to speak in English. Ridicules. Avoid this warehouse

I have been working with the Arevalo's for a while now and let me say that they are a great group of guys that are willing to listen to customers' needs and work towards solutions needed to make it happen. Over all a great bunch to work with. Highly recommended if you are looking for warehousing/cold storage.

*It's not FCFS, if your product is ready you'll get loaded, if it's not they'll just push back the time they told you it would be ready. Their back there working on it. ?
