This supervisor is So Rude with Truck drivers.He smoke weed and yell at drivers if they ask for load readiness. Such people making companies bad. He should be fired.Drivers must check product temperature before getting loaded..

Slow unloading. And you have to wait for 6 hours to 12 hours for few pallets, which are coming from Mexico. If they don't have your load ready then they easily reject your trailer.

The guys in the office went above and beyond, I was sent the wrong location, the incorrect PU# went on a wild goose chase trying to find the right shipper, they called me back and found the right information. As far as waiting time any produce that is coming from Mexico one will have to wait, it's just the name of the game.

0900-1700 appt2100 door2200 loaded with paperworkThis one is kind of hard to review but I will try.I will say the guys in the office do their best and are very accommodating as far as giving you information and updates.Park on street and walk up to check in. Please dont block the parking lotThe problem is most of the freight comes from Mexico. So if there is a delay at the border tour gonna be setting and waiting.Client gave Shipper 3 different times when freight was supposed to cross the border. Broker told me it should be ready at 0900.load should have crossed the night before, then in the morning but I didn't receive a text until 1400 in the afternoon.Then Quality had to check it and the load needed to be repacked which would take another few hours on top of Keystones other appointments in the dock.The Repack is so when the load gets to its destination and the customer Quality control on that end inspects it...it is to make sure the load doesn't get rejected. So I get it. id rather have the load repacked than rejected at delivery.I dont mind waiting as this is how it is when you make pickups along the border from McAllen, TX to Rio Rico, AZ to Otay Mesa, CA.Once repacked it was a quick load.In my opinion its nobody's fault as Keystone can only go by what the client tells them.I rated the company upon updates, loading speed and paperwork which they are excellent in.If you leave to go grab lunch or run an errand , just stay in contact with Keystone as im sure this happens quite often.Ice cream man comes by and there is parking on the street as you wait.

Canadian driver beware of this shipper he’ll waste your time then cancel on you , I waited for hours then they told me next day and after all that it was canceled and yes I’m pointing the blame on you because you guys where calling me non stop on my way there saying that my load was ready

I had gone by there on Wednesday, September 29 at about 3 pm. When i was leaving, my car stalled. It turned out to be a dead battery but a guy that works there was very helpful and very attentive as much as he could be. He even went to get his truck from another area of the storage facility and move it close to my car to help me. Wow..that’s really a person with a servant’s heart and a dedicated employee. It shows your company is training its staff in more than just business but in all areas of excellence as well. I don’t know David’s last name but he was a tall, balding or short haired guy with a great attitude. Thanks for all your help, David. I truly appreciate the effort.?
