Sorry to say but I was really disappointed with them I ordered 11 dozen off pork and 3 off cheese and jalapeños I have been ordering 4 years already 5 with this one I never counted my tamales this year I count them and several orders just came with 8 tamales I paid 156.00 this is a robbery to me and I don’t imagine to how many more people there were 0 star I would put no star so sad

The tamales are really very bad, the dough has a strange flavor, without meat without flavor.
This is the second time... and they don't improve anything.
How sad that they don't want to improve anything.
Don't waste your money, don't go buy food.
They are inedible stop plastic.

So, did Lupita change her recipe? Bought Chicken and Cheese, and pork and chicken. I am sorry but they do not taste the same. I have been buying tamales since 2016 or maybe earlier and I am sorry to say....they don't taste the same. I know the tamales lacked meat...but I would buy for the taste. They used to taste like my grandmother's tamales from back when I was a kid. I won't buy again. Sorry!

Around The holidays we usually start ordering and we love them 💕 But Today 😱 they had no taste and they seemed old , and very dry !!! We ordered 2 dozens of Bean and Cheese tamales and 2 dozens of chicken and cheeses !! I only ate 1/2 of the chicken and cheese and half of the bean and cheese😩 I spent the night at moms who’s 92 to help care for her. . Mom only drinks her ensure and makes potatoes and her Tamales from HEB!! This is what she will only eat,so I wanted to surprise her with some from there . What a disappointment!! I think that they sold us very old tamales 😡🤬

They sell you pure dough, don't waste your money, better go to Delias, I wanted to return it and they didn't want it without flavor or salt.

These Tamales are great! Always hot and fresh . I tried the Jalapeno/cheese and The pork. Both were super tasty! Not to talk smack about Delia's but these are and always been way better. They are a bit thinner ( not by much) than Delia's but the flavor is exceptional. Delia's is overrated. I need the Governor to try these! I hope they keep on with whatever they do back there because it's working!
