It's kind of weird doing everything in your car. Like all vets, services are pricey. However, the visit was pretty quick. Waited over 3 weeks for an appointment.

VAH is the best Vet hospital in the area! Dr. Harris is a thorough, caring individual, plus a great guy. Recommend them highly. The only place we allow our dog to be boarded for the day.

I do not like to have to stay in the car while my pup is taken in. We were sent an appointment time for Heart worm test, we were under the impression this was to give his heart worm prevention, but no, it was 3 weeks early for the shot and they would make me another appointment for the shot, and charge me another office visit charge. No!!! I will not recommend them.

You gotta call the number for service, let them know what bay your in."Prices are steep".Never had any problems. THEY'RE A GREAT BUNCH.NO DISCOUNTS. THEY SAY PROMOTIONS DEALS BUT NOT REALLY.. THEY OUTTA COME UP WITH A POINT SYSTEM EVERY SO MUCH YOU BUY, YOUR POINTS GO UP AND YOU CAN GET A PERCENTAGE OFF. Just a suggestion ✔️

We have been patients for 5 years now and I have finally had enough with this practitioner. Our dog needed prompt attention due to a fall but, they cannot see here for a month. This is outrageous. What is the point of even calling them if the dog will be dead in the time it takes to get treatment? I suspect their inability to see patients in a prompt manner, is due to their COVID protocols. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY A HOSPITAL FOR HUMANS HAS STOPPED ENFORCING THESE PROTOCOLS YET A VET WOULD PREFER THEIR PATIENTS TO DIE??

Starting going here as it was close to my home. Very difficult to get appointments at other Vets as the Valley is very short handed. I have taken two kittens and a puppy. Very organized and I like that they send you an email. The App will list your pets and appointments. Dr. Harris was very knowledgeable and nice. He understood that these kittens and puppy were rescued and I was limited on money. They did what was needed to be done. I will definitely take the rest of my pets to this Vet.

Needed my cat to be seen due to an emergency situation. I called 5 different vet clinics and not one of them cared to help, was just told they couldn't see my cat. I called Dr. Macmanus's office and Sandra informed me they too had all their walk ins and appointments for the day. However, she asked me what the problem was with my cat. She was so courteous and willing to help; unlike the other clinics who rushed to get me off the phone. Sandra informed me she would talk to the doctor to see if they could see my cat. Thankfully, the doctor was willing and they were able to alter their schedule for an emergency walk-in. I am so grateful for Dr. MacManus, Sandra, and the rest of the staff who put the care of my cat above a schedule or rigid rules to accommodate the well being of my cat.Thank you so much. My cat has a new doctor and we will definitely be recommending Dr. Macmanus to all the pet parents we know.
