If I Could Give ZERO stars to this Disco Called Business I Would.. The Owner **CHRIS** Has This Place to Scam People Who Come Through His Door And It's OBVIOUS That He Has His (Speech) Prepared for what he says to them everyone who goes to this Place... He tells you that his Mechanic works for **Ferrari, that *CHRIS TELLS HIMSELF TO BE A VERY HONEST PERSON AND THAT IF HIS JOB IS NOT LIKE HE SAID THAT HE WOULD GIVE A GRATIA OR EVEN A REFUND* None of the Things It Promises Keeps You... I drove a 2019 GLA Mercedes that the car was bought new at the time through CV Joints CHRIS heard the clak clak in every lap when the car was tested.. I CHARGED A SUPER HIGH AMOUNT $ $1,400 🛑DUE TO THE WORKMANSHIP ONLY.. HE TURNS YOU THROUGH TO TANGLE YOU AND MAKE YOU SEE THAT HE HAS TO DISASSEMBLE THE CAR MORE THAN ACTUALLY SHOULD BE DISASSEMBLED.. HE IS A VERY LIAR AND ADVANTAGEOUS PERSON WHEN HE SEE A CUSTOMER DESPERATE TO FIX HIS CAR .🛑❗️. IT MAKES YOU SEE THAT I BROUGHT THE PARTS FROM CALIFORNIA HOUSTON AND SAN ANTONIO... IT EVEN TELLS YOU THAT THE PARTS COME WITH THE LOGO OF THE SAME BRAND OF YOUR CAR PRINTED.. I LEFT MY CAR FOR THEM TO FIX IT THAT THE CV JOINTS IS WORK OF LET'S SAY 5HRS AT THE MOST 6.. HE HAD MY CAR FOR 4 DAYS IN HIS SHOP ALFIN THE MECHANIC CALLED *JOSUE TALKS TO ME AND HE TELLS ME IT'S READY While Chris Is On Vacation In Puerto Rico. I go for the car, I check it alone and the Clak Clak continues to be heard in the turns.. I return to the shop and he gets in the car to check the car again. . I decide to leave the car again... And after 2 days **Chris talks to me, who is coming back from his vacation, Chris tells me. He told Josue why is your car still here... I told him he keeps hearing the same thing... He said, "I don't hear anything. I've already said it and Josue doesn't hear anything either. He makes his own employees say what he wants them to say." And he told me to go get the car. the same ones because they were in good condition and he didn't want to make me spend more money... The reality was the mechanic told me that they couldn't find the CV joints where **Chris** bought his parts were out of stock... That is the reality why he put the same cv joints on it, making us believe that they were in good condition, because he did not find them in the place where he buys his parts.. And he is not interested in FIXING my car.. Only collecting the money with which he He's going on vacation for scamming people ❗️And he told me to keep driving the car and that if it continued to be bad we would take it away.. ** I went to his shop on a Thursday and he told me to come on Monday and take it to him.. I checked and he didn't tell me Call Returned *Chris* He told His Secret.. Heiddy or Heiley to tell me to take him next week. When he had already agreed with me that he would take him on Monday... He Once Once He Takes the Money That He Wants to Get From You, He Doesn't Do What He Tells You at the Beginning About His Mentioned Guarantees HE DOESN'T RETURN YOUR CALLS OR TEXTS OR ANYTHING. And besides, he yells at you, he acts like he's offended and he doesn't like it when the client tells him the REALITY OF THE SITUATION.... He doesn't comply with what he says he has in his verbal policies❗️❗️. I spoke to him On the phone HE GOT IN A SARCASTIC ATTITUDE AND HE STARTED YELLING AT ME THAT HE WAS NOT going to refund me anything and THAT IT WAS A COURTESY THAT HE WAS TO FIX MY CAR WITH $1400 OF LABOR A BAD JOB DONE🛑❗️ It makes you look like that According to him, he is doing you a favor❗️ DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS MAN CALLED ** CHRIS THAT HE SAYS AND HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE.. HE MAKES HIS SHOP SEE FLASHY BY PAINTING ALL THE CAR LOGOS ON THE WALL.❗️. DONT BE FOOLED BY HOW HE PRESENTS HIMSELF SAYING HOW MANY YRS OF EXPERIENCE HE HAS🛑🛑🛑🛑 DONT GET SCAMMED🛑🛑

Took my truck in September ‘23 for hail damage, kept telling me parts were ordered but not shipped, no proof ever shown, went to pickup my truck since rental was expiring and wouldn’t release my truck back to me unless I gave them the insurance checks, hasn’t answered my texts or calls for updates since the beginning of December ‘23, January ‘24 now and still no response, will gladly change my review if they make good on the service, but for now avoid this business at all costs

I would not trust this place. Took in my car over 1 month for a small repair. More and more money from insurance request.Excuse after excuse " supposably" 5 year warranty on paint is a LIE! 5 months later paint chipping and guess what more excuses and no warranty. Dont trust them! Waste or time and money!

Been a customer 3 times already and never had a problem before but 3rd time will be the last. You would think that after being a returning customer you would be treated better but that’s not the case. Will leave you on read, make 100 excuses over and over & stay with your $!

There were so many dents, dings and scratches and I wasn’t optimistic that they would be able to get them all out. When I picked my car up, it looked brand new!The price was more than reasonable and my car was ready the day they said it would be.
