Hello. I'm the manager at cricket in front of you guys. Just wanted to let yall know I keep getting customers complaining about an employee there. It's a girl
I had 1 customer say he broke his phone and he needed help to do device swap and he said that the girl there didn't want to help or didn't know how. This was today mon Oct 7 in the morning. I helped him get his pin. It was 2024 twice
Another time, I had a customer she said she got an iphone in metro. She had insurance. And a girl there didn't want to help her do an insurance claim. Or go into her account to give her , her imei. I ended up helping the customer here at cricket to do her claim. Her phone broke in May, and she's been pay the line without being able to use the phone.
Asked to speak to manager , gave my phone # and was not contacted
I recommend to go to the metro in Canton. Maria is the store manager there and she's extremely helpful 🙏

The young lady who helped me help a patient at a nursing home get his phone back was very patient and very nice while also being very efficient and helping another customer at the same time. Hopefully, a promotion is in the works for her soon.

The worst service in the entire valley is found in this store, incompetent employees know absolutely nothing, they put them to work without training and they also provide poor service. THE WORST THING IN THE ENTIRE VALLEY.

Terrible service from the skinny girl who is there, I don't know why they have her working, if she doesn't know how to do anything, she can't even help give the account number, the worst service they have given me.

Been here many times and always have received amazing service! Was there today and only problem was a rude customer today that was being very inconsiderate, place is great but only problem is ignorant customers....

Just left had a great experience with Mika she is the most helpful metro pcs agent I have ever come across.Unlike her coworker name begins with a K this woman is rude negative and very unprofessional not helpful will stop helping a customer to be rude to other customers she need to learn how to treat customers and be positive thank you

Do not go to this store they lie just to sell phones and meet their goals. They will not let you return any device as per their own con artist rules but the receipts clearly say you can return a device within 14 days !

First thing Metro serving 5G keeps dropping can't make any phone calls or texts. Second try going to different Metro stores they offer difficult help. Three had a horrible experience here. They care more about the glass on the store over the costumers. I recommend going to a different Metro store or just switch to a different carrier all together
