The staff was amazing! From the attention to my needs, to the help in transferring my info to my new device, to how well the manager helped his co-workers interact with other customers that were there to buy while i completed my purchase. Loved the attention to detail they provided while explaining all my services. 10/10

I have been a t mobile customer for over 10 years and I went in today around 5 to get my husband a new phone the employee's were no help at all, one girl started helping us and another customer came in and she left us standing, to go help the other customer, then when the other girl was available we asked her about the phones and she couldn't give us information because they hardly ever sell those phones there she said ,but they had them on display the revl phones I will buy my husband's phone online or another t mobile store 🤨
