Raul and staff came to my rescue!!! Someone had spilled a paint bucket on the road which splashed my car. These guys recognized my emergency and took me in right away. Saved the day, I highly recommend!!!

My truck Hyundai Santa Fe is been there in the shop for more than 2 months and they haven’t even tried to call me to let me know what’s the status on my truck… really bad service I won’t recommend it even though my truck is still there 🤷🏼♂️

Mark was great. Looked at our issue with the vehicle and immediately had it repaired. It was a minor fix but showed great customer service. Can’t thank him enough. He also provided an estimate for more extensive work that would fully repair the quick fix. I would recommend taking your vehicle to Millenium as you’ll be in good hands.

I was so upset when I put a small dent in our one year old car. Toyota of Pharr recommended Millenium Collision Center. I was worried about cost but Marcos (Mark) fixed it for free!! It looks like new! It was quick and they were so nice! I would recommend them 100%!

I own a Toyota and recently I was in a car accident. The only place I trust for car service is Toyota from Pharr, I called Toyota collision in Pharr and I was transferred to Millennium Collision Center because Toyota in Pharr no longer has this service. I trust Toyota so I took my car to Millennium. It turns out that when I went to pick up my car today my car radar was stolen, I complained and they told me that I should have taking it with me. I told them that I brought my car to get fixed I didn’t bring it to be worrying brought getting my stuff stolen. I had to call the police and file a report. It looks like this is not the first time this happens if you look at their reviews it has happened before. I leaving this review so other people and Toyota clients can look at this review and think twice about leaving their vehicle at Millennium. One last thing I came for a minor fender bender and it took them 3 WEEK. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! be ready to wait long weeks and for your items to be stolen.

I just want to give a huge shout out to millennium center for their customer service. I came in without an appointment. They were willing to take care of my car service and was in and out fast. Mark and his guys were very professional, explained really well what they did to fix my car and did a great job fixing it. I would definitely coming back for any car repair and would recommend this place to my friends as well.

The Millennium Collision center has a super respectful and helpful staff and anybody that walks into this place will walk out extremely happy with the excellent work they do. Every time I have an issue with my car, my go to place is this center. I recently went in to fix my front bumper of my Toyota Camry and let me say this, they have the best customer service ever! I had the pleasure to work with Luis and his team, since they are the people who I can trust with my car. They always goes above and beyond for my vehicle. Any questions I had, Luis and his team always answered them, explained and walked me though each step of each process. They truly care for their clients. I am definitely recommending this place to other people and to look for Luis and his team since they really are the best people out here with exceptional and excellent customer service. Thank you!
