After a 4 hour drive we arrived at the facility; no one was in the office. I had printed my agreement and had it in the truck with me. There were no instructions to open the door code. I called corporate and no one knew. The facility is nice and clean.

Awesome experience and very easy to sign up. I was treated very well. All questions were answered and I was able to get a tour of unit before purchase, overall really great customer service from Janie.
