This place has certainly gone down in standards. Back when C-Lo used to work there he made it a point to ensure everyone was greeted with a smile, make small talk to see how your day was going and give all around great service. I was very surprised today with one of the guys who was working there doing the oil change. He was grouchy as hell. I don't get why someone who is so crabby is working in a place where customer service is key. He then became more agitated when told I didn't need my filter replaced. He then asked if I wanted to replace my wipers and I declined respectfully. I told him thank you for letting me know but I'll just get them at O'Reilly's. He said I can pay for them and he would Only charge me $20 to install them but had to pay him cash or through zelle. Which threw me off because it doesn't make sense to make two payments. After speaking to the other gentlemen later that evening he told me to watch out because the guy was probably trying to make some side money. I didn't want problems and still don't so I unfortunately will be taking out personal and company vehicles to a different location. I didn't know this is how you guys operate the business. Thank you for the awesome years of servicing our vehicles. Thank you!

Quick oil change service, they keep everything on file as well. Makes it easier, never takes more than 20 mins. (Every service is different ofc)

Javier was awesome in explaining everything to us and how we needed to make sure when we got out oil changed for them to check everything. He had the best customer service. He also discovered we had a kitty in our vehicle that was stuck and took him out. 😊

I am so grateful for Mr. Javier and his amazing team. He took the time to show me how much I had neglected my car maintenance. He did a full check from tires to lights and of course the oil change also filled out the wipers water filter. I’m soon going to go traveling solo and I feel comfortable driving knowing everything was checked. Definitely going to start coming here for all my oil changes.
