Terrible, they agreed to deliver at 9 am and it arrived at 11, with a brown Valentine's Day stuffed animal that is clearly for a man, if they didn't have it they wouldn't have offered it and 4 burnt roses from the arrangement, the floral arrangement was for a woman, we are in June nothing to see that brown bear at the wrong time

Oralia flowers and gifts has fast and outstanding awesome service!!! I called on a Sunday afternoon, from out of state. They were fast to take to funeral home that same day. I fully recommend them. Delivery wasn't on time they promised and was missing the balloon. Called back to see what's went wrong , the lady wasn't sure if she charged it or not. The first time I called and finish purchasing the flowers , they read everything back to me and the balloon was included so how can they forget. Might give them a second chance.
