Did not take long I have a hard time finding someone to make chilaquiles in this style usually they are square and soggy I prefer this style slightly crunchier and more Mexican style. I don’t like mozzarella I was given the opportunity of fresh cheese so they definitely accomidate. Very tasty! I am glad I found a restaurant I can trust! Been looking for a good one since I moved. ?☺️?
