I had a charge that I did not make this weekend and called the fraud number,but, I was not at ease so I went to the Nolana Loop bank in Pharr to get this resolved. Mr. Ricardo Cantu, customer service representative, helped me. He immediately assured me that he would help me get answers to my questions. He was very polite, and did everything in a very professional way. I left there very happy with his service . I live in Edinburg,but, always go to this bank because they are very friendly, respectful, and very professional. I highly recommend this branch to anyone. Entire staff are excellent representatives.
