The infrastructure is good and the merchandise is good and variable. Employees keep all in its place and the service is pretty good. Great deals any season and senior discount every Tuesday. Staff attention is average to poor. The store is well stocked and good clothes, bags and other merchandise.

Went to check it out on a Saturday to be fair.. it was packed. The lines were comically long I just decided to leave. Didn't even bother. Like other Ross stores, the men section is basically non existent compared to women, which I expect, but still.
