SmartCold provides cold storage for fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is excellent, fast, friendly, extremely nice, and very pleasant to work with. Service is timely, with drivers often getting in and out quickly. The environment is clean from the parking lot to the restrooms. Check-in is easy, and the inside staff completes paperwork fast. For parking, it can be tight backing into a door. Some suggest it may be easier to blind side in or to back in from the street. While usually efficient, loading can sometimes take a few hours. Overall, it is considered a top-notch facility with great service.

Facility does not have a waiting parking area, and the road is also quite busy because there are many companies. So, all the space is full with trucks. It takes quite some time; after you check in, you get a call for the door, and loading also takes a bit of time.

This is our dedicated route and every time we check in we have a very good experience with everyone we come in contact with. Roman's customer skills are excellent. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at Smart cold. The young lady at the first window is always helpful as well.
