I have an awful experience with them they disrespect their client. They are not polite at all with a client. when I have any question, I don’t get answers they always tell me we’re gonna send you a form to finish the work and they never did. And while I was talking to them on the phone, they yelled at me and hung up on me twice.They’re very rude and have zero professional ethics.i’m so glad i canceled with them and made the decision to work with somebody else.

I have worked with the Solcare team for many years, they are always very professional and helpful. If you have a question they always go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

The clerk Ivette is very rude and asking for person private document ? this is the first time in 4 years with them and never got asked for any of that !

I agree. They dont give us the funds. They come out with ways to tell us that they will disqualify the month but they keep the funds. Did you do anything about it David Garza or Rafael Kasofsy?
