took it in for a tune 2 days later was trying it out on highway to see if rough shifting was still a problem so i floored it up a ramp and my transmission blew after spike himself said my transmission would be fine from being concerned about it because it had rough shifting hes said dont worry your trans is rebuilt 2 times and this tune won't mess it up man .they overprice as well

Dropped off my truck computer at 12:15pm on a Friday to get a simple flashed was quoted a decent price,was ignored my a guy talking about my every move on the phone they didn’t ask for any information I hade to ask do u need my name and number to contact me the one attending me was a friend of the guy on the phone he hade no idea what he was doing I mean NO IDEA,I called at 5pm same day got the run around they never started and for me to check back Saturday same thing I called a little later and was told the guy that dose the tuning didn’t show for me to wait till Monday or just come pick it up such a disappointment hopefully when I pick up Monday afternoon I get good news fingers crossed hopping for the best.

Waste of time. Explained what I wanted done they told me they could do it and requested I show up at 1030am. I'm there on time now they're telling me they can't do it bc spike himself isn't available and he doesn't have enough experience 😒 so we went with a different direction that he suggested and I said let's do that *regardless of the price * and he was hesitant once again saying spike would have to do that as well.. it sounded like he really didn't want to do the job. I was very disappointed. Taking my business else where
