Visited the store on October 13,2023 around 6:30pm. Manager followed my husband and I the whole time we were at the store , even staring when paying . We are in our 30s and the only customers in the store the time we visited. Manager didn’t say one word to us. Did not smile . And provided no customer service. Rather have him stare at the cameras than follow us around like a creepy guy.

Just now leaving the Pharr location and to say the service was incredible is definitely an understatement! Manager Joe was so extremely patient, funny, and so so helpful. After immediately helping me, he learned that I was purchasing items on behalf of my school and explained that we could purchase online in the same order. Manager Joe and a very sweet, also patient and funny young lady (wish I got her name!) helped me tremendously through the whole process. Even after closing hours, they never made me feel rushed, price matched, and were all around a good time! Please ask Joe about the cashier that's in denial about glasses, she's the one! They were both so awesome! Glad I was there on their shift!!

I went here, being a first time customer and had the absolute WORST experience because of the manager in charge of the ups/delivery department. I’ve worked In customer service, so I understand and always consider that an employee may be having a bad day.. but this lady was just plain RUDE OVERALL..I just wanted a little guidance and had a few questions, but the manager/ lady in charge of that department from the very start, gave me attitude and seemed very VERY impatient with me. She wouldn’t let me finish a single sentence with out her rudely interrupting!! & to make things WORSE, as I was leaving, I saw her giving attitude to ANOTHER customer in need of some guidance. This lady should definitely not be working In customer service. If I wasn’t 8 & a half months pregnant, I wouldve definitely looked for her manager to file a complaint.

They need to change times because it says they close at 9pm. Even at 730 they closed the gates and the door. Why would they do that. Fix the times or something. So dumb

Went on Saturday at 336pm asked 3 staff members to help me.look for an item, they just said to look inaisle 4, I asked exactly where because I could not find it and they just said aisle 4, they could not be bothered to go and help me, so I left never coming back. Get better staff please

I don’t like the new self print. They should support the duties of the print shop workers, not completely replace them. Now I can’t ask them to print something for me I have to get charged a 10 authorization fee to start? Why is this the new normal. It’s backwards. Print services shouldn’t be more difficult to navigate than it was three years ago. Alexa was working. If I worked a print shop I would have had better customer service.
