Joseph and Mateo were really Helpful and Friendly! Great customer service and more than anything fantastic cleaning procedures are this location. I really like the fact that they follow social distancing. Really recommend this location!

I was quoted one price, my first bill comes in and it's 90 more than was told. I called customer service and they added a apple watch line to my account and I didn't even get an apple watch!!!!

Terrible customer service by management. Called to know the price of a phone I was interested in buying. The worker who answered my called asked her manager for permission to get in the system to give me the price since they did not had the device in stock. The manager refused the request and told me to either call T-mobile customer service or go physically to the store in the middle of a hurricane and a pandemic since over the phone they couldn’t give me something as simple as the price of a device. Shame on this t-mobile team, definitely will take my business elsewhere.

I went yesterday to buy an iPhone 11, the guy asked me if I was interested in some AirPods Pro, he stated I would pay 20 now and my payments would be $7/8. So I said ok and I’m checking my bill and it says 20 monthly payment . I did contact customer service she said that I only paid the taxes, which the guy didn’t explain to me. Te lo pintan bien bonito y te encharcas y te sale con otra cosa. Bad bad service that I’ve been having so much with T-Mobile. I’m trying to contact them since the lady from customer service told me to call them to cancel shipment and no one is answering. But yesterday that I was there they were answering the phones wth.

If I could rate this store without any starts I would!!! I'm disgusted with this T-mobile store's customer service. I went today to simply get a screen protector for my phone there were several people waiting outside and I kept calling just to see if they even had the item if not why waste my time waiting outside when its 95 degrees. An associate later goes outside after waiting more than 30 min to say their systems were down and for us to go back tomorrow.

Horrible customer service! Had us waiting outside more than 1 hr to simply tell us to go back the next day because their “systems were down” when we were calling over and over again to simply see if they had the item we were looking for.
