I felt like the employee and manager were not helpful at all. They just didn't want to deal with my situation and didn't believe me about what T-Mobile Tech told me over the phone. They didn't attempt to call T-Mobile Tech to confirm information I was telling them about my phone. They would rather not deal with customers - just get a sale in.

Do not visit this location!! I was checked in by a manager and was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait because the sale reps needed to help me. While the 3 managers just stood around. I needed help with my phone but was told am a Sprint customer and they can’t help me!! Then why have the sign?!! NOT all T-Mobile are this unprofessional! But this location is!! #tmobile #crazy #upset #nevercomingback
I do not recommended this location. This isn’t a real T Mobile.

Went in to find a young man and lady carrying conversation behind counter and two men in the back doing the same. None of them welcoming us. I greeted and told them my concerns. Young man responded, "We don't have it", and continued conversation with the young lady. Very, very, POOR customer service. On the contrary, went to Cosco and the young man there was most helpful. Big difference. It's poor services that make or break a business. T-mobile needs to pay more attention to its customers.

I called to upgrade a line, some guy answered the phone as if he was talking to a friend or family member and only said "hello". I felt as if I had called the wrong number. I had to confirm and ask him if I was calling T Mobile. He stated "yeah". I told him that was not a proper way to answer the phone. I honestly believe they should have a greeting message when answering the phone. Something simple like " Hi, thank you for calling our T Mobile store my name is (insert name here) how may I help you. I told the guy the way he answered the phone was improper and I wanted to speak with someone else. He then passed phone to another guy and he answered the phone the same way. No empathy whatsoever. I told him the same thing about how he answered the phone. I then disconnected the line because I didn't want to experience more bad customer service. They just lost around a $900.00 commission base on their poor customer service just by answering the phone the way they did. I am extremely disappointed. They need better training.

Last time I come to this store! The store manager doesn’t have any knowledge towards the products and to top it off they made us walk all the way around to the other side of the store with the only door open just to make us walk back out because they won’t help you out unless you’re buying a device or adding service. Don’t waste your time coming to this store.

This is a 3rd party T-Mobile store. So when I went in to turn in old phones for upgrade they refused to help me. No customer service on any services that T-Mobile provides. The only way they will help you is if you are buying something. I was going to get 2 Samsung watches but after being told they wouldn't service my devices, I went to a T-Mobile approved store where they serviced my phones and I upgraded to 3 smart watches. Don't go to this store, avoid it spend your money anywhere else.

Terrible service. I was misinformed by the representative when I first opened the account for myself. I went back to speak to another representative *Giselle* and she would not make eye contact, barely responding to my questions. RUDE!! All other representatives were on their phones or in the back not helping customers coming into the store. what kind of people are you hiring T-mobile? Trashy service and customer service.

T-Mobile is a good company. But I've been fooled twice at this store, once a few years ago and again last month... so shame on me. The reps that "helped" me here flat out lied about boggus deals in order to make a sale and collect commission.

Requested to add insurance to my phone on my account & was told it could not be done. Next day I receive a text saying “Thank you for adding protection 360”. Basically they added insurance to a line they told me I couldn’t add it to without my authorization after I had left the store. Then lied to my face about it, removed the insurance called me back & told me it “didn’t have any” & asked if I wanted to add it. They don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know how to respect their customers accounts. From the newest rep to the highest manager
