I called to get a quote on a simple vinyl sign decal for a door. They were very quick to respond. I spoke to a lady and specifically asked if it was for the full door, which she said yes. However, when I received the quote/proof, they had quoted me on only half of the picture I had sent. I called when I got the quote and asked about the rest of the decal and the same lady stated she had only quoted me for the top part and not the bottom. I specifically asked for a quote on the whole door, why would I only want half???I'm just disappointed that they didn't quote me correctly the first time around and tried to invoice me for the rest when it was their mistake. They say they would refund my money.
