The Uhaul online store and and the Uhaul Center Store on 4007 Cage Blvd have a system communication breakdown. I paid ahead to for the truck hitch kit for my truck 10 days earlier and received my receipt acknowledgement along with the date/time for installation. On the day of my appointment for this service I was told by the business desk representative that I was not on their schedule for my installation appointment. I wasted two hours getting ready for the morning appointment which I had to travel 20 miles to get to their location. I did not received an apology but I was asked if I could come back at a later time. Do not trust their online ordering system.
