Second time I’ve come by fill my propane tank, and there is always some type of issue. First, the bell doesn’t work, so I had to go inside and wait in line only to be turned away because there is no one certified to refill propane tanks. So much for advertising propane service 7 days a week.

Pharr location is great. Don't volunteer for the bring along a trailer program though, the extra $50 does not compensate for the extra gas used.

My guaranteed reservation was not available and the first day I went the guy was nonchalant and a little rude. The guy who was available when I returned the truck was awesome.

This Uhaul location has excellent propane service, in my case a class-B RV. It has a peculiar problem with air lock in the intake & sometimes locks up, won't accept propane until we let the air out. The great guys at Uhaul were very patient & waited it out (20 minutes!) until that happened then filled the tank. Thanks guys, it's cold this week!

If the option to give a million stars were there, I would give a million stars. Both the manager, Elvia, and Candice were super friendly and superb in professionalism. I do remember an employee who directed me to the office was really nice as well. Everybody there, it was obvious, loved working there. It was a great way to begin my move to the Valley. Thank you all for the warm welcome. What a great place!

Made a appointment for a hitch and trailer 4x8 at 11/11/24 for 7 am then they called around the 11/27 to change the time and date for another week knowing we we’re leaving the 11/30 we get there @10 am on the 29 for a 12 o’clock appointment they started to put the hitch and the said they didn’t have the right wiring and send us on a wild goose chase to Brownsville we are talking about two Senior citizens and my husband Handicap so we we went because we wanted leave on the 30th we get back they said the hitch wasn’t the right one and he would have to bring one from Harlingen Tx but the wire wasn't right for that hitch and would have to bring it from Pasadena Tx it would not get here until Tuesday 12/3/24 or Thursday 12/5/24 mind you we hadn’t eaten they send us on a wild goose chase to Brownsville Tx we got very upset no consideration young kids laughing in the Garage mind you that was the assistant manager E.C the manager was on vacation we lost money had to rent a hotel for 3 days we were tired, hungry and sick being my type two diabetes was going crazy over the stress it was overwhelming not precessional at all it was like dealing with stubborn teenagers that barely talk when they have a attitude in my opinion OMG

Let me start by saying this location is awesome. They are a huge U-Haul location with everything you need. Elvia should be recognized for her ability to go above and beyond in customer satisfaction and service. Without her my day started off bad with another location but she had a remedy for everything. Don’t waste your time with the other guys and head straight over here to 4007 N Cage BLVD and leave happy. Great work guys…customer for life. 🙏

I ran into a very difficult situation and Elvia was incredibly helpful (above and beyond). She was also very happy and engaging once I showed up to the drop off location. I was checked out with my return in reasonable time. The location is very easy to get access to as well.
