If you are planning any business at this branch that requires sitting with a banker , I highly recommend “Sylvia” she was very helpful and efficient. It was close the 5 and we were told that likely we would need to schedule and appointment, however; Sylvia just walked up to us and said she would help us! AWESOME!

I've been with Wells Fargo since 1987. It's a bank where I have my checking and a small savings account. But none of this matters. The times in my life when I needed their help the most, I was always denied. Had to go somewhere else. Why don't I change banks? Ugh! Because all my personal financial business is tied to this bank. The hassel of changing banks just stresses me out especially in this robotic, computerized world.

The amount of time you have to wait is ridiculous. Hire more staff and get things flowing faster. Waited in line more than 20 minutes just to cash a check. NO THANKS. Will change to another bank , this is not the fist time this happens at this dame location.

Never come to the drive thru at this branch, I had 2 cars infront and waited longer than 40 minutes on the commercial lane.

They take so long here I waited 2 hours just to get what I needed done. There is not enough workers for the amount of customers that come in. Mind you I came during the week. I can’t imagine on a weekend.

I was very disappointed with the customer service on Saturday. I was dealing with a cashier's check verification. They refused to even talking to someone on the phone from their own company. The representative on the phone told me it was something that it would have taken less than 3 minutes. They finally agreed to take my information and have the information for me today. I am calling the bank and they don't even answer the phones. I typically don't complain because I also work in customer service, but this is very disappointing. I respectfully disagree with their customer service. The only reason I put one star, because it doesn't allow me to leave it at zero.

Horrible wait limit for only 4 ppl in lobby in front of me got me 45mins waiting time. The place is small & looks old needs a huge update. The employees have no motivation compared to other banks. This place lacks so much Don't believe me come see for yourself. I'm not from the area was hoping to go in as normal and get out in 15mins Wow! ridiculous. I'd add pictures but don't want to look suspicious.

Always always same horrible service unfortunately i have to visit almost everyother day due to having a business wait time is 45min to an 1 threw the drivethru, they aleays say short on staff but yet employees just walking looking at the lines but never help to get all the cuatomers served. Horrible experience every visit it seems they are short staff every day of the year, and no control of wish car is next.

It was the worst bank I’ve been to, I had been banking with security first credit union for 5 years and never had a problem and I had just opened up a checking account here at Wells Fargo, so I go and deposit my first payroll check and gets told it’s going to be on hold for 3-4 business days, which I kindly accepted and then to find out that it was put on hold for 2 weeks. I go and call them to find out the issue and they tell me to bring a authorized letter and pay stub to remove the hold, so I wait in line for 40 min just to find out that the hold can’t be removed and I still have to wait the 2 weeks, like what if I had bills due? What was I supposed to do? Worst bank ever.
