I would like to recognize Juan Zuniga, a banker at Wells Fargo. Today he handled my banking business with professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, and friendliness. This is the 2nd time that I have had the pleasure to work with Juan, and I am impressed with the consistency of his professionalism.

If I could give zero stars I would! Every time I go into this bank there is a very long line for tellers and usually only one, maybe two tellers working. Sloooow service, horrible!

They are slow, but because they’re severely understaffed, they are not friendly, and probably the worst Wells Fargo branch in the valley.

Not sure what kind of a bank this is, brought some coin in to exchange for paper, total of 50 bucks. Had two rolls of quarters in a clear plastic roller and they said they couldn’t take it. Like you literally can see the money through the clear plastic lol. They took coin rolled in paper over the plastic.

This bank is definitely a terrible bank my mom had a account with them and when she passed away it was almost impossible to close here account I did everything they asked and it took three to four months not good never bank with them

They are very lazy. Very bad cevice. Wait 30 to 35 minutes in line to be served! ☹ They leave you standing to attend to the people at the window and they arrived later

They had a line of 6 people onside ( 2cars outside) and only two working it. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, they will accept walk-ins even though online it says "make an appointment". They had one banker working. There was already 4 people sitting down waiting to be seen by a banker. Point is they are VERY understaffed. They expect you to sit and wait for over 45min. Just find a different bank people. Not worth the wait.
