Submitted claim online with my insurance. Chose this place and scheduled appointment for my claim. Never received a call. Call back my insurance after a week to make sure claim was submitted, got a rep from this place on the phone and scheduled an appointment within 3 days as they didn’t have my windshield and were going to place an order. They open late, so I took some time from work to take my vehicle. I walked in for my appointment, I was asked who I spoke to since apparently they were not expecting me, and there was no appointment, and of course, no windshield ordered.
