“Brian and the mechanics at R&M Garage in Pilot Point, TX, did an amazing job fixing my 2015 F250 diesel truck. On my initial phone call with Brian, he took the time to diagnose and explain what might be wrong with my truck and what it would cost to fix it. Following this conversation, I knew right away that this is someone who cares about their customers and takes pride in the work that they do. The following day I had it towed from the dealer to R&M Garage, and they had it fixed in 1 day. The cost of a second tow to get it to Brian was well worth it knowing that my vehicle would be fixed right by someone who knows what they're doing and without the dealer gimmicks. I will never go back to the dealer for repairs again.”
